Where is the sale held?

What forms of payment do you accept?  

•  We are grateful if you can pay in cash but also accept all major credit & debit cards and apple/google pay. Please note a 3% credit card fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. Avoid this by paying cash  or debit.

Are children allowed at the sale?

•  Children are welcome at the sale Friday - Sunday. Children under age 18 are free and do not require a ticket when entering with a ticketed adult. For their safety, your children must remain by your side at ALL times.

Are children allowed at the Early Access pre-sale on Thursday?

•  No, due to the packed sales floor, children under 12 are not allowed at the Thursday presale presale; Wagons/Strollers for shopping and infants WORN in a carrier are allowed.

What is early access, and who is eligible to attend?

•  Early Access shopping is an opportunity to shop at Just Between Friends BEFORE we open for general admission. Prepurchased Early Access shopping tickets are required and are for sale to the public. Early access times vary by ticket chosen. Limited number of tickets are available above. These tickets are not sold at the door.

Does my Early Access ticket include the half-price early access shopping too?

•  Your Skip the Line Early Access and the Thursday, 10:30am and 11am tickets allow you to add four tickets to the Half-Price presale on Saturday for free. All other Thursday and Friday early access tickets allow you to add four tickets to the Half-Price Early Access to your cart at 50% off.  All Early Access tickets include all General Admission public shopping days, including half-price Sunday.

Can I enter AFTER the entry time listed on my presale ticket?

• Yes! Your presale ticket is for the earliest time you can enter the sale. You are welcome to use it later in the day (and during any public shopping times) to enter if you can not make it at the exact ticketed time.

Can I bring a stroller or wagon to the sale?

•  Yes, strollers and wagons are allowed Friday - Sunday, however we reserve the right to tag your stroller/wagon on the way in and check it on the way out. For Thursday, strollers/wagons are allowed for shopping cart usage only, no children may ride in the wagons or strollers.

What is the 50% off sale?

•  During the half-price times (see schedule above) most remaining items are marked for an additional half-off their tagged price. Want to shop the Half-Price Early Access? Limited number of tickets are available above.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the sale?

•  No - you can show us your ticket on your phone or we can look you up by your name.

What is the refund policy?

  • There are no refunds on paid tickets, but you may give them to a friend or family member.
  • General admission tickets are not transferable. They are FREE though so  just have your friend get their own.
  • All merchandise purchased at the sale is FINAL, no returns or exchanges. Please inspect your items carefully at the venue. You can bring items to the welcome tent if you need help inspecting an item.

Can I bring food or beverages to the sale?

•  Sorry, per Hampshire Dome rules there are no food or beverages allowed on the turf but you may eat in the lobby.

• Do I need to bring reusable shopping bags?

Yes! We have large Ikea bags for you to use while shopping but you will either need to bring a wagon or reusable bags to carry your purchases out to your car.

How often does this sale happen?

•  We host this community sale every May and September.

Can I use my ticket at other JBF events?

•Each JBF event is an individually owned franchise and shopping tickets are not transferable between events. 

Who shops at the sale?

•  Moms, Dads, New & Expecting Parents, Grandparents, Teachers and any family with children ages 0-18.

Where do all the items come from?
