You may drop off another Consignor's items for them but they must register for the same drop off time as you and complete the waiver ahead of time. Helpers may accompany you to drop off but please be mindful of keeping children by your side while inside the Hampshire Dome.

All consignor emails reminding you to schedule your drop off appointment will be filtered by email address so be sure to use the same email account to register here as you do on the JBF site.

I will be bringing 700+ items to this sale.

I understand I will be charged a consignor fee for every 350 items or part of 350 items I bring in. One Consignor Fee will be paid now to reserve my slot and any additional fees will be taken from my consignor check after the sale. I will also have one person for every 700 items, signed up to help during the Sunday sorting/ breakdown shift or pay a $50 fee for each 700 items or part of 700 items.

Consignors always get to shop the presales for FREE!

Consignors shop: Thursday, 5/15 at 5:30pm or anytime after PLUS you may bring one guest to shop at 5:30! (Guests can not shop during Team Member presales unless they are shopping instead of you)

4-hour team members shop Thursday, 5/16 at 1:30pm or anytime after.

8-hour team members shop Thursday, 5/16 at 1pm or anytime after.

12- hour team members shop Thursday, 5/16 at 12:30pm or anytime after.

Team Leads shop Thursday, 5/16 at 12pm. (by invitation only)

Consignor Agreement

I understand that this consignor fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.*

EARNINGS: I understand that as a consignor I will earn 60% of my sales. I have the opportunity to earn a higher percentage of my sales if I help at the sale. Please see the website for more information. I understand that all items marked "donate", if unsold, will be donated to JBF's charity partner Lil' Iguanas.*

I understand that I must print my tags on WHITE cardstock, not thin printer paper in order to ensure the tags are not easily ripped and are able to be read by our scanners.*

I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at 3:00pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024 until the sale ends. Team Members who help at the sale may purchase any items that are marked to reduce and donate at 75% off on Sunday during the 75% off donates sale. I can not white out the star and if I want to change an item to reduce I must reprint the tag after changing it in the system.*

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS & TAGGING GUIDELINES: I have read the "Spring 2024 Consignor Guide" and the "What We Accept" information inside the Guide to ensure my items are appropriate. I have downloaded printed and completed the CRIB AND CAR SEAT WAIVERS if applicable. I understand that I need a car seat waiver for the car seat and EACH base. I have watched the tagging videos and understand how my merchandise should be prepared for drop off. I understand that JBF has pricing guidelines available for my reference. Any tags you wish to alter must be reprinted. If a tagging gun is used, the item MUST BE tagged through the sizing tag or in the armpit seam. Tagging directly through the fabric is not permitted as it creates an irreparable hole.*

BRINGING DUPLICATE BRAND NEW CLOTHING ITEMS/SHOES (applies to resellers): I understand that there is a limit of FIVE identical clothing items / shoes. Additional items above the first five will be pulled from the sales floor. Bringing more than 5 duplicate items will result in a processing fee of 5% of your sales.*

INSPECTION & REJECTED ITEMS: I understand that items are inspected after drop off. Unacceptable items will be removed from the sales floor including grossly overpriced items. Items priced will be held for pickup or donated (as marked on the tag). JBF reserves the right to charge a rejected item fee of $0.25 per item AFTER THE FIRST 5 rejected items which are no charge. Fees, if any, are taken from your consignor check. Thank you for helping us keep the JBF quality very high! Any questions you have about declined items must be addressed at pick up where we can both view the item in person before it leaves the building.*

CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT: I understand and agree that JBF Southern New Hampshire, Stella Sorelle LLP are not responsible for the fire, loss, theft, or damage to my sale items; Full effort will be made by all parties to prevent these happenings. I agree that as a condition of selling items in a JBF Sale, I represent and warrant the following to be true: 1. I am the owner of the items to be sold, and I have full authority to sell the items; and 2. Each item is in good operating condition, and is not defective, broken or damaged; and 3. Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturers warranty program; and 4. Each item complies with applicable law; and 5. No item has been recalled, or is the subject of any pending or threatened recall/repair notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; 6. I know of no reason why any item would cause any injury to another.*

SHOPPING: I understand that children under age 12 are not permitted to shop at the presale on 5/16 (besides infants worn in a carrier who can shop anytime). If you DO bring an infant in a carrier they do not need a separate ticket. All other shoppers need their own ticket for occupancy control.*

I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 7:01pm on Sunday, May 19, 2024, will be donated to the JBF Charity Partner, Lil Iguana's.*

NO SHOWS FOR TEAM SHIFTS: I understand that if I shop during my designated team member shopping time and do not complete my team member shift (no-show) the value of that shopping ticket will be deducted from my consignor check. 4-hour team member ticket value = $35; 8-hour team member ticket value = $40; 12-hour team member ticket value = $50. Please contact [email protected] if you are unable to make your team member shift for a valid reason; no-shows will be deducted from your consignor check.*

TEAM MEMBER AGREEMENT (please check even if you do not plan to participate as a team member, in case you change your mind later): I can register through myjbftags.com for Team Member shifts. My shift dates/times were chosen solely by me from a large schedule of available shifts. I will be offered a selection of available positions to work upon arrival at the start of my shift, and the area I work will be of my own choosing. I understand that if I require special accommodations or prefer a specific position, I will let Carinae or Gienah know at the start of my shift. I understand that in order to receive the compensation being offered, I am responsible to complete the Team Member hours for which I have signed up. Should I fail to do so, I will not be compensated the additional 10% or other team member perks outlined below. I agree to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in this event from foreseen and unforeseen causes against JBF and Stella Sorelle LLP. Since I am working a shift(s) as an independent contractor, I agree to receive early shopping privileges and an extra consignor percentage for my time, and/or a fee reduction/waiver. I understand that I am not receiving benefits, insurance, workers compensation or any other similar benefits, since I am NOT AN EMPLOYEE. I am working for the sole purpose of assisting with the operations of the event and to help sell my items at the event. I am working in an ethical manner, and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I understand that by working 4, 8 or 12 hours, I will be able to shop at the corresponding presale shopping time. For working 4 hours I will receive an extra 10% consignor commission on my sold items. I understand that, at times, JBF takes photographs of its events to promote sales and, if I do not wish my image to be used in JBF promotions, I will notify the photographer at the time a picture is taken. Otherwise, I agree to allow my image to be used in JBF sale promotions I understand that if I am working an inspection shift, I must drop off DURING REGULAR DROP OFF TIMES, BEFORE or AFTER my shift, not during my shift. Carinae and Gienah rely on team members being present for these hours, and if I show up late because I do my drop off first, they will be short-staffed for that length of time and possibly be unable to operate as planned.*
