NEW! Show your Thursday or Friday paid Presale ticket for unlimited re-entry during PUBLIC General Admission Shopping times.

Public General Admission Shopping Times (see graphic above as well) Fri, 5/13 3pm-8pm, Sat, 5/14 9am-3pm, Sat 5/14 5:30pm-8pm and Sun, 5/15 9am-12pm. Children do not need tickets to shop at these times.

Presales \| Thurs, May 12 & Fri, May 13 Be the first to shop the largest selection to score the best deals. If you're looking for specific items or brands, shop as early as you can during this time!
General Admission - Public Shopping \| Fri, May 13 & Sat, May 14 *FREE TICKETS NEW THIS SALE! You may show any Thurs/Fri paid presale ticket for unlimited reentry during the Public Shopping General Admission times! Do not add free tickets to your order if you are purchasing presale tickets as the site will charge you a service fee. Free tickets claimed alone without presale tickets will not have any fees attached.
Saturday 11-1 Character Meet & Greet Meet and take pictures with your favorite Web Slinger and that famous Snow Queen we all love. Tickets are not required but recommended. We can't wait to see everyone!
Discount Days \| Sat, May 14 & Sun, May 15 Look for tags without a star as they will be an additonal 50% off! Sunday is our public shopping for the 50% off sale.
